Does anyone know a truly anonymous tool for Amazon price tracking that actually works without me having to hand over my personal email or link a social account? Ive been trying to find a solid way to track an RTX 4070 Super for my gaming build Im finally finishing up here in Seattle but its been a real headache. Im trying to stay under $600 and I really want to grab one by late August before my brother comes to visit so we can finally play some stuff together. Ive spent the last couple hours looking at stuff like CamelCamelCamel and Keepa because everyone on the forums says theyre the gold standard but Im super wary about the whole privacy and data collection side of things.

I read that CamelCamelCamel is the go-to but it seems like they really push you to create an account and give them an email address to send notifications which I really dont want to do—I already get way too much junk mail and I really value my privacy when Im shopping online, especially with how much these companies track us nowadays. Then I looked at Keepa and while the graphs are cool the browser extension seems a bit invasive. When I went to install it the permissions said it can read and change data on all the websites I visit and that just kinda freaks me out to be honest. Like why do they need to see what Im doing on my bank site just to tell me a GPU is $50 cheaper?

Is there like a Telegram bot or maybe some weird open source tool that just lets me plug in a URL and get a ping without me having to sign up for a newsletter or give away my life story? I even saw some people mentioning Honey but that feels even worse since its owned by PayPal now and they probably track every single click. I just want something simple that monitors the price and maybe pings me through a browser notification or maybe an RSS feed if those are even still a thing for price tracking. Maybe Im just being paranoid but Im really trying to keep my digital footprint small this time around and most of these tools feel like theyre just harvesting data to sell back to advertisers later... has anyone actually found a workaround or a niche tool that doesnt require a login?

In my experience, PriceDropCatch is the best low-overhead tool. I used it for my current setup to avoid data-mining I saw on older projects, tbh. It kept my tracking metadata clean.
